Horrible "customer service" after they have your money.. Stay away, I wish I would've. I'm now having to result in hiring a lawyer for dealer fraud. Pain in the a**.
I bought a 2014 Boxter a month ago and was told I’ll get z title sent to me within 2-3 weeks... nothing happened and when I didn’t get through z phone wz them, I called S Diego DMV, they told me z dealership didn’t start any proses yet making z title 2 my name..! When I kept trying calling Convoy again repeatedly till eventually I got through , they told me we said 3 months not 3 weeks..! As if I’d would buy z car and hand over z money knowing registration would take 3 months..! I waited another 2 weeks and nothing happened ... read more
