I was scheduled for one procedure and was billed for an entirely different procedure without any knowledge or communication for the physician or his staff. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.
I requested SEVERAL times for a self pay amount on a procedure i was going to have by Dr. Cartevato ( my ins denied) with NO AVAIL i called, emailed, called again this has been going on since Jan! I had the initial consultation 1 yr ago! Im at a loss at who to even contact at this point ad NO ONE responds to me, i even went in to request a phone call! Im thinking i should just go in and get all my records and the ultra sound and go out of town since i cant get anyone to respond yo me !
