This was my first visit and it was great. I was in and out very quickly, the staff was very helpful and nice, and they have TV in the exam rooms so I was able to watch football while I waited!
love it they are very nice its not like a hospital I was in and out in 15-20 minutes I have been there twice all the doctors are very nice and they tell you whats wrong in a while versus a hospital you are in there forever
We have been to Convenient MD 3 times now and have been very happy each time. We had an eye injury for one child, strep throat for another and a dad that stepped on a rusty nail! Each time the service has been extremely quick and thorough. I love the on-site pharmacy, it is so helpful during late hours when our pharmacy is closed. Very impressed.
While on vacation, Oct 7, my husband fell an could not put pressure on his leg. We went to Convenient care an were seen promptly. The receptionist was very polite,assisted us, an the Doctor took time to examine as well as diagnose leg problem. The follow up with us after being from out of state was so nice. We would highly recommend to anyone to use these services.
I brought my son to the Merrimack location for a fractured finger (football) Sunday morning after going to the Bedford location and being told that they didn't have an X-Ray tech on shift (not good). Once in Merrimack we were seen right away. The staff was professional, polite, and very kid-friendly. The waiting area and rooms themselves were very clean. I highly recommend this location and will be using them going forward.
My family and I are new to the area and I needed to find somewhere that I would get a flu shot for our 4 year old daughter. I called Convenient MD and the girl that answered the phone was very nice and professional. I decided to give it a shot and my daughter and I went in for mother daughter flu shots. The facility was clean and the nurses could not have been nicer. My daughter was nervous and they were so good with her. Thank you for making this not so fun experience a good one. We will be back!
Exceptional care. Both professional and fast. This is a perfect alternative to the ED. I have also taken my son once when his primary was on vacation and I was unable to get a same day appointment (late in the day). My insurance has a $100.00 co-pay for the ED, while visiting Convenient MD is the same as an office visit. We have been a few time and the staff has been great, speaking to my children as well as myself. I will continue to use them when I need to and I am thankful they are there. I brought my son in with a football related injury. They told me they didn't have an x-ray tech on shift and suggested that I go to another location or come back at 4pm. That was a first...... Not impressed. I wouldn't waste time going there "hoping" a specialist I may need is scheduled on that shift....
I got my physical. And it was fun. I liked the music that played in the building. And I even got a ice pop! Best doctors appt. ever!! :) haha
