I went to Convient MD last wednesday evening. And had a wonderful exsperince. There was barely any wait time. The staff was incredibly professional and caring. They anwsered all of my questions including ones I asked about something not pertaining to why I came in. They have a perscriptions on site, and the doctors and nurses were nothing but outstanding. I'm deffinitly using them agin! Thank you Convient MD
Check in process was quick and easy. Was seen by the doctor within 10 minutes of walking in the door. Had X-rays done and results were ready quickly. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Not a fan of the billing process - you give them your credit card and they bill after which would have been ok if I received the statement before the amount was charged to my card. Overall I would go again.
I had to go the other day and the staff and doctor I saw was great. I was in and out quickly and received the appropriate medication. I would definitely go back again if needed.
I paid a visit on 10/16/2015 with a terrible ongoing rash, that was both physically and mentally painful, due to it being so visible. I met Dr. Ron Greenberg, that evening who took a lot of time with me to not only help heal; but figure out the cause. He also spent time giving me other enlightening information on my health history in the short while I was there. I visitied the convenient md here in Merrimack nh. On a Sunday afternoon. It was a fast and easy process everyone was super friendly.
I've been here twice and both times. The doctor on staff is incompetent. Very upsetting. 2 strikes with me won't be coming back.
have been suffering with a persistent cough, runny nose and post nasal drip. This was my first experience with ConvenientMD and I have to say I was very pleased. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and got me in quickly. The doctor was professional and pleasant. I was able to get a Hooping Cough vaccination as well. I would not hesitate to go again.
I love ConvenientMD! I will defiantly recommend them to everyone. I was greeted by the friendly med. receptionists Laurie-Anne Cook & Lynn Nesbitt, then seen almost immediately by the nurse Liz who was so sweet. Dr.Sandberg was awesome and so was the radtech Ashley. And unlike most urgent care clinics they accepted my N.H. Medicaid!
I love convenientmd fast service and everyone was courteous and very attentive. I was in and out without the long wait..this place is awesome
