Just took my son in for a school physical. We were in and out in record time. Everyone was so nice and helpful.
I went to ConvenientMD in Bedford stressed out about a problem that came to a head on a Sunday, when my doctor was not available. Bonnie, the receptionist, welcomed me and was very attentive to my needs. In fact, the entire staff was kind, helpful, and made me feel completely at ease. We went to convenientmd in Bedford for the first time. Everyone was very pleasant and we went almost immediately right in! In all it was a very good experience!
This is the second time I went to Bedford Convenient MD, as I will never go anyplace else! The entire staff is very friendly and attentive and the wait time is "minimal". The follow up phone call after the visit made me feel cared for as well as the e-mail. I would recommended Bedford Convenient MD 100%!
Went to Bedford Convenient MD Sunday of Labor Day weekend for lightheadedness. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Schroeder did a thorough exam and put my mind at ease; he was so caring! When I got the bill I was also pleasantly surprised. Will definitely go there again if needed.
I called my doctor because of an ear problem and he refused to see me. I've been his patient for 15 years. So I went to the Bedford office of Convenient MD. They helped a lot. I got into see a doctor and nurse within 5 minutes.
On 8/17/15 I was injured at work.I went to the Bedford , NH location and was assited by front desk personnel quickly. Once the Dr. saw me He explained what he was going to do ,and what I should do for after treatment. But the help did not end there ! A few weeks later , I had problams with my Workers Comp. claim. Called, then picked up all paperwork that was needed.To Drs: Schroeter,Lonergan,Greenburg. And front desk Aaron. A big Thank You ! My injury healed in a few weeks, just like the Doc said !

Such a great place to go to! I had went in with a pretty bad concussion from the day before and they took great care of me. Awesome staff, this is friendly knowledgeable and so kind. Doctor Ken Schroeter was great! 100 percent recommend this Urgent Care!
