There are some good doctors and male front of the office staff based on my 2 previous interactions. However I had a horrible experience with 3 female staff, one purporting to be an NP who threatened to call the police on me for firmly asking why I could not receive my PPD results that was clearly negative even by one of the staff’s own assessment.
