There are some good doctors and male front of the office staff based on my 2 previous interactions. However I had a horrible experience with 3 female staff, one purporting to be an NP who threatened to call the police on me for firmly asking why I could not receive my PPD results that was clearly negative even by one of the staff’s own assessment. Everyone was nice except the doctor.they were rude and just looked at me like i was stupid for not remember a name of medication
Wrong X-ray. ConvenientMD is convenient, but not attentive. And attention to detail is vital in the medical field. I wen't in for an X-ray of my back after a trampoline accident. I have a vertebrae in the lower thoracic region of my spine that has been giving me aches and pains with certain movements. They took 4 x-rays (because they messed up on 1 and had to take another) assuring me that they were getting the middle of my back. I brought my 5-year old daughter in this evening complaining of her head and ear hurting expecting to find out she has an ear infection. The two girls at the front were extremely friendly and helpful. We were called back pretty quickly and the nurse who helped us was great with both kids and my husband. We saw the doctor within minutes of being taken into the room and he was phenomenal with my daughter who was just cranky, tired and in pain. Went in for my step-daughter, was very impressed by the staff and the modern technology. Fast in and out service.
It was my first time there and it was for my son. We didn't wait long and once taken in back it went pretty fast also. Everyone was very friendly and helpful
I was out shopping and saw the sign for free flu shots. Since I had the need and time it seemed worthwhile. Check in process was quick. Wait was not bad for a walk in clinic. Nurse was professional, helpful, and very friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again should the need arise.
Convenient MD is convenient!! Great place to go if you need something fast and quick.. Everyone is friendly and nice.. I recommend to all!
I went in for a DOT physical and the staff was extremely kind. Everyone would talk to and listen to me like we knew each other for a while. My blood pressure was high when i got there, and when I left it was back down to normal. That's how comfortable they made me feel. Great job to the 5 ladies I interacted with. thanks
