I'm joining the 10% of reviewers that did not have a good experience. I stated on my way in the door that I wanted a particular test, only to find out AFTER PAYING, filling out all the paperwork, having vitals taken and answering lots of medical questions that they wouldn't do the test because it was NOT their protocol. Westborough location is staffed by NPs and PAs. At least for any upper respiratory illnesses where cough is included and you are looking for Robitussin AC (schedule V controlled substance), you are out of luck as per MGL, PAs are not allowed to prescribe CVs. Go to the places staffed by MDs as I had also waited for 2 hours after scheduling an appointment online.

There are some good doctors and male front of the office staff based on my 2 previous interactions. However I had a horrible experience with 3 female staff, one purporting to be an NP who threatened to call the police on me for firmly asking why I could not receive my PPD results that was clearly negative even by one of the staff’s own assessment. Their claim was that I came at 4:00 pm instead of 3:53 pm and therefore they cannot write up the paper because I was 7 minutes over the 24 hrs timeframe. I told the staff that in ... read more

Terrible job, I had a badly sprained ankle and they where like a deer in headlights. My knowledge of my ankle far exceeded there’s. I felt like I was the instructor. I tried to follow there Methodology and if a questioned them they became argumentative. I ultimately left the care. They set me back at least 1month in the beginning for fumbling up the proper care. I recommend not to go there for an injury and if I find urself there and u get the deer in headlights feeling don’t waste ur time, leave immediately and politely.

DON'T GO TO CONVENIENT MD. From the moment I stepped into the building it was a terrible experience. The front desk staff were rude as they checked me in. They made comments about closing the door so nobody else could get in and “didn’t even care." I was shown into a room and a nurse and medical assistant had me come into a room and I explained I needed to have my ear flushed out as I have had it done many times in my life. I went at 1:30 pm tgere and they sent me home saying come back at 5pm. I came back at 5 pm they made me wait outside 1 hour with my infant child. I was having a lightheadedness due to sinus. After an hour my husband ask if we can be accepted they told him they had to let others in before my scheduled appointment and told him we can go home and come back when there available.
