I don't understand why they would open at 8:30 when the Dr. doesn't even come in until 9. Also I wanted to be seen with 2 separate issues (one I was pretty sure about the diagnosis but just needed confirmation/script) and they told me they only do 1 "chief complaint" to get looked at. So I ended up going to a different urgent care. And that one said it was strange that they would say that.
The staff was extremely friendly.. the Doctor was excellent, she made me feel like she was my mom, her energy, kindness, ora, was comforting .. coming from some one who never gos to the doctor... Thank you Ladies you are a great group of professionals!
When I went there I was the only pt. I thought that was good. But they tried to draw blood and had a very difficult time. Left me with big bruises on arms and hands. When they did draw it they put and sent it in the wrong vials and it was unable to get tested. Not only am i not able to get the results but now i am having to go elsewhere to get everything redone.
Nice place, friendly staff-would go back again if the need ever arises
