The worst. I didnt have the corona or the flu so they discharged me. no idea whats wrong with me. they let me sit for hours burning up and didnt even give me anything. No iv no fluids no blood work and I have had a nonstop fever for going on 6 days. I would stitch a wound with a sewing needle before I ever go back to this place.

My 2 year old son & I were refused service because he will not wear a mask. I was told they need to protect their staff & to go to Golisano’s. Do they not need to protect their staff? Makes NO sense at all. Btw - he has an ear infection- a pretty typical toddler reason to cough.
RecommendedIn the Emergency department there was a Nurse Kristi she was awesome she went above & beyond. My father was brought there by ambulance, she was great with him. However I was not happy with the ER doctor that sent him home saying he was dehydrated. Came back 3 days later same issue.... he had an aorta aneurism & needed surgery. That 2nd doctor checked everything & found the aneurism, thank God.

The operators are RUDE. I will not be going back to a Lee Convenient Care. They are not compassionate what so ever. I got tested for COVID. My 4 month old and my grandmother who has COPD and is on oxygen is sick as well with this, my grandmother might DIE. The lady told me that results come back within 3-5 days. I was told originally 2-3 days. I told her it’s crazy how they can make people wait that long for results considering that there is immunocompromised people living with me. And she said, well.
