The operators are RUDE. I will not be going back to a Lee Convenient Care. They are not compassionate what so ever. I got tested for COVID. My 4 month old and my grandmother who has COPD and is on oxygen is sick as well with this, my grandmother might DIE. The lady told me that results come back within 3-5 days. I was told originally 2-3 days. I told her it’s crazy how they can make people wait that long for results considering that there is immunocompromised people living with me. And she said, well. I want it noted and I will be taking this claim to the state, that the doctor and nurse refused service and results based on the fact our masks were not over our nose. Your job as a doctor is to treat the patient, not worry about masks. We are highly disappointed that a doctor and health facility acts this way to patients. I came here to get my COVID test. very organized. Very nice. The Nurse explained the test.

Everyone here from the doctor to the Physician’s Assistant to the nurse to the medical assistant were truly wonderful when I had to go there several times. They truly care and do everything they can to help you in a very reasonable/speedy amount of time. The place itself is extremely clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs urgent care. Also hours are great, 7AM to 7PM which allows for flexibility whereas a regular doctor usually does not have such flexibility.
