I never received a bill or any bill from this company, and yet I’ve been served a letter from a collection agency. Do they work with Cherokee health systems in Chattanooga?Because that is the only way I could have any tie with them. Otherwise they have the wrong person, and I will NOT pay a bill that is NOT mine. It seems that I'm not the only one having this issue. I called to pay a bill I had gotten in the mail. I called numerous times and was put to voice-mail each time. I made sure to leave a good call back number and gave a message everytime about wanting to pay these bills. For weeks I did not hear back from the billing department. I would not even give 1 star. I called to pay a bill several weeks ago. Could not get the rep on the phone, left several messages. Then when I did get him on the phone he said my card declined, come to find out my account was hacked. I called back after getting that fixed, again, no answer. Next thing I know a Collection agency calls. OUTRAGEOUS. I try to call CHS again, they refuse to take payment so I am forced to deal with a shady collection agency who treated me like a criminal.
