Went for the first time and the price was expensive, the equipment was dirty, and the job was not well done. I payed over $100 for gel mani pedi. They did not soak off the gel that was on my nails before, they just shaved the nails down until the color came off which hurt my nails. Then they charged me extra to put a protective coat on my nails since they were so thin. The UV lamp was sticky inside and the tips of my fingers were dirty after sitting in the UV lamp machine. The owner was really nice but the lady who took my gel nails off was really rough and rushed through the process. She drilled into my nails so much she made them really thin and painful. I was in a lot of pain that night and had to take Advil and my nails had deep uneven drill lines. If you are going to provide service please be a little more gentle.
