I think it is unethical for a "Caregiver" to be part of a client smoking, especially when that person is on oxygen! A company that is OK with their representative to whom should be Caring for the health and well being of the client in their care ,disregards what it means to be a Health Care professional.

Late with no calls, never any one to cover missed days or weeks. Lost job and interviews. Most unreliable people I have known.

Always a problem with continuing care staff or any other local agency. None are worthy to care for you or your loved ones. They have no concept of companion care and the agency itself is complacent with that and known violations as long as they are getting paid. From sleeping, to hygiene, to staying on the phone whether texting or talking, to sickness, not not showing up, and even legal violations, I can keep going. It’s very terrible. I love my job at Continuing Care! Continuing Care is very family oriented. Not only do they care about their patients, but they care about their employees as well! Great place all around.
