My friend bought a trailer just after I did , nothing but problems, 3 wheel bearings, and now the whole wheel and spindle just broke off at the weld , they sold the trailer with 13” wheels and tires We both upgraded to 14” , I’m worried about my trailer now , these trailers are only holding bass boats . I sure hope they fix the issue and I could write a better review, as of right now he has put an additional 700$ plus this repair to the already 2500 we paid for the trailer My advice is look else where unless they fix this ma... read more

3 month old trailer, lights haven’t worked in over a month. Take it to an authorized dealer and they charge me to repair it. Called continental as they stage 2 year warranty. Rep said they should cover it. Authorized dealer called there rep and they stated that lights aren’t covered under warranty. Really? Than what exact does your warranty Cover? 60 bucks I just paid to repair your garbage is about to cost you thousand.

Bought a new boat and tandem Continental trailer (SS kit) mid 2017 in Central FL. Used very little maybe 10 times washed after use and dried. Last year realized the trailer was hanging up getting hot. Called the Clearwater Office talked to manager Nick (super nice guy) he asked me to bring it in. I drove down same day he put trailer on fork lift and moved back forth plus against curb to flex surge brakes all seemed good. Stress cracks in the I beam in 2017 boat trailer, had it in for service at local dealer,they noticed both sides where bunks mount had stress cracks right through to the other side of the I beam, said it has been going on for a long time and a serious problem, sent pics to main office Miami, the answer was to bring trailer in 6 months from now meaning Sept. because it is their busy season, now that's a 6 hr dive one way, they would take a look at it but it is 6 months out of warranty so not much could be done. So previously – I had posted a negative review due to my 2017 continental trailer beginning to rust – the company stepped up and took care of it! I have to change my review – and update it to outstanding company! They took my trailer and completely refurbished it free of charge- to better than new!! I will tell you that they reserve the right to address these issues on a case by case basis- for me - my next trailer will be continental!

My Continental trailer lasted 4 months before it needed a complete rewire, all new lights, and hardware. None of these components we're Marine rated. They also claimed that my trailer was manufactured almost two years ago even though I purchased it 4 months prior new... it now has no warranty. What a bunch of scumbags!

I had a couple of issues with my 2017 trailer. The bunks were installed too low. Warranty had me take it to Clearwater FL and they raised the bunks.� My second problem was the bearings were over tighten at Continental's​ axle distributor. This claim process was a little more time consuming. I got ahold of Phil in warranty and he quickly and professionally resolved my problem. If you need warranty ask for Phil ��

If you don't have a Continental trailer you don't have a trailer.
