Had a blowout on tollway yesterday and at last oil change service advisor also said thread were getting low. Called about 10 hours ago to inquire about a set and make appointment. I was transferred to an advisor who didn't answer so I left a message with my number, amazing that I never got called back their business must be that good that they don't want mine. Probably going to drive on a donut for the weekend unless I find a Toyota dealer that wants my business. After 3 years I guess they just don't care anymore.
This dealership treats you like family every single time you come in for service. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
