I have been a resident of this property for 1.5 years and have really enjoyed my time living here. The location is perfect: Mass Ave, Monument Circle, and grocery stores/bars/restaurants are all walkable. Management is extremely helpful and responsive. I've enjoyed getting to know those who work in the leasing office, especially Carrie and Jordyn. Everyone in the office does a great job at taking the time to get to know the residents and also having a smile on their faces when you walk in. Maintenance does a great job at wor... read more
I lived here for 2 years and overall had a good experience, but there were a couple of issues that led to me deciding to move out. Pros: - Great location, within walking distance of grocery stores, Mass Ave, concert venues, bus stops, pretty much everything downtown. I had a terrible experience here. There was a leak in the wall of my living room & nothing was ever done about it. I submitted maybe 3 or 4 work order requests. They came by to look at it, made promises to fix it but never did. I also had other problems but this was the worst.
"I'm in the process of delivering someone's order from CVS & what I experienced today with the African American lady in the purple workout outfit, honey blonde, & black curly weave was extremely rude. I'm trying to get help to get into the building, because the customer's number wasn't being completed & the call box wasn't working properly, & I don't have A key. This was my first time delivering. She's rolling her eyes, getting smart, & refused to let me in. I will let God deal with you Ma'am & whatever you're going through ... read more
