As a property owner, as soon as I can find another company, I will end my contract with them. I would not recommend them. They have ignored calls and sent what I felt was a smart-a email response. They only got 2 stars because I did get statements, although I do not trust what they said needed to be done. So disappointing!
Company has been helpful in attempting to resolve issues related to the property . The actual owners were negligent but continental realty went above and beyond with doing what could.be done in this situation. They were fair , honest and transparent with any issues they were having .
Property owners dont want to make proper repairs and resolve issues with the safety and health concerns of the tenants. It takes repeated calls to get anything done or to get contact with property managers as well. Poor maintenance and management of property

From the very beginning when I signed my first lease with Continental Reality everything went very smoothly due to their great staff. They are very friendly, professional and helpful. I'm getting ready to go into my third year with them and any problems that arise like with heating or plumbing, stuff like that. I call and they are right on it.
