The professional treatment The professional treatment by all personnel. I always get all the information I need without having to ask pointed questions. The staff was very courteous, asked if I needed anything AND gave me a car wash coupon! Awesome, love that.
The loaner car. The loaner car!! Seeing the friendly, yet overworked staff again. Shanie, Brandon, Roy, and Heather did their best to make being without my car AGAIN, as pleasant as possible. Not putting me in a Mazda was nice!!

Shanie was particularly Shanie was particularly helpful and personalable as as accommodating. We were very impressed and pleased with the fact that Continental was flexible with us regarding our appointment time and kept their promis of the appointment when we arrived and our service was completed in a very timeley manner. This is the first Volvo my wife and I have purchased and if this experience represents what we can expect in the future we both feel confident that we made the right decision.
