I purchased an engagement ring on June 6, 2023 and when I purchased it he said that there are NO refunds but I could exchange it he did not give me a time frame if I wanted to exchange it. I went back on December 22, 2023 and he would not honor the exchange, he said that if it was only a month or two then he would. He never gave me a time limit. Please I urge you not to buy form Continental Jewelers they don't honor their words.
