The staff are very helpful and they explain things so I can understand. They do the work there no mailing it out. I feel like family when I enter the store not pushy with sales so you don't want run out. Michael gave me a necklace for anniversary and I always get comments on the piece they made.

The staff at Continental treats everyone like family whether you are able to spend pennies or big bucks. For repairs, they have found solutions and fixed some of my jewelry pieces that I thought were beyond help. for purchases, they listen to their customers to pick out the perfect pieces. And, once they get to know you will even contact you when new collections come in which they think you might like. Current styles and good, old-fashioned customer service combined to make for a great place to shop!! 5+ stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
RecommendedDiane is so extremely patient, helpful and so sweet. She helped us with a new setting for my engagement ring and I couldn’t be more excited. It’s gorgeous and so me. She never pushed anything and went for exactly what I described to her. This whole experience was so nice and personable. I felt so comfortable there, everyone working was so friendly. I’ve been here three times. Two out of the three times I have been treated so rudely that I will never come back. The woman with the blonde hair speaks to customers like they are stupid and I have never gotten a straight answer from her. Go to Harris in Branmar.
