Recommendedcontinental jewelers has been our go to jeweler since 1970 (when is was in graylyn shopping center where einstein's is now). they are honest, knowledgeable, sell quality jewelry, and take all the time you need to make a purchase/decision.
The staff was very friendly and explained how the process worked to deal with my insurance company too. They delivered the completed repaired piece when promised. They also took the time to explain a repair I needed on another piece. I would recommend them and I know I’ll use them again when I need service.

There is no better place to go to for purchasing new jewelry or having an old piece made into a new and fabulous piece. Continental Jewelers will also help you sell an old piece that you do not want anymore. I have gone to Continental for all of those reasons. Purchasing special necklaces for daughter and niece. I have a chain that was knitted up real bad, the team was excellent and took care of it immediately! Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
New to the area and they were around the corner. I needed some heirloom pieces repaired and I refuse to deal with any jewler that sends work out, like you find at the chains and the malls. They were very patient, attentive and professional. I had no feeling at all of being rushed, even though their were other customers waiting for help. The work done was perfect and the prices were totally fair and in line with the work performed.
I’m new to the area and I was referred to Continental by Neighborhood.com. They were great! Di Anne was attentive, helpful and a complete pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them.
