The worst agency! Ive been there for many years but i wont leave because the aide i have is awesome! The receptionist are horrible and dont communicate so ill call in and say im busy this time blah then get a phone call from my nurse "where are you?" (Has happened numerous times) the receptionists will also know something for hours and them not tell you till you call them..... Really? The nurses are awesome but 100% should be compensated for gas so should aides! But nooooo because the big wigs nickel and dime you so they get... read more

They the worst home health I know in Mansfield they don't pay you for gas mileage and have you drive super far they don't care about nobody but they self they will make you go to ashland with no gas reimbursement if and you go there for 2 hours so you will be burning alot of gas and not making enough for 2 hours it's pointless
