Good starter apartment My brother and I moved in here as first time apartment renters and the process was nice and smooth. Good size apartments for a good value and great location near shops and public transport (bus stop right out the door).
One bedroom in need of updating. Sizeable living room and bedroom. Kitchen needs serious tlc and it's quite small. Bathroom is adequate but also needs updating (pink tub and sink) Corner unit at fairly busy intersection, so loud. Lots of windows, because of corner location. Location is good, otherwise: near a school, church, park, and shopping. Parking available for one vehicle, but lot fills up most nights.
