Welcome to uncle rub and tug they don't use lube.
Absolute horrible service! Tried ordering off them multiple times and every time I end up disappointed! Parts are not quality, poor fitment and they will not issue labor credits. Called accounting to get reimbursed for 3 parts I returned defective and they keep giving me the run around.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
I was hesitant of ordering from this supplier due to the other reviews, but no other alternative parts supplier was as low priced as Continental, and there is a good reason for this. Parts were ordered on 12/28, due to be delivered by 1/3. Called one 1/3, they advised their driver would not make to us, but we would receive by 1/4, called on 1/4 and the rep advised the driver had to leave early that day, we would receive the parts by 1/5.
