Place never answers the phone after listening to the whole business history 10 times
when trying to receive a call back from their billing dep, It'll never happen. I have called multiple times left voicemails and try not to leave any irate messages but I never can get anyone on the phone to verify something so simple. All I get are representatives who have broken English and could never take to time to communicate. They're are no help at all or never want to help deescalate the situation.

Absolute horrible service! Tried ordering off them multiple times and every time I end up disappointed! Parts are not quality, poor fitment and they will not issue labor credits. Called accounting to get reimbursed for 3 parts I returned defective and they keep giving me the run around.
