I do not recommend this complex! There are cockroaches everywhere. Our furniture is infested with these insects. It is not safe for adults or children to stay here. We were eating at the table when a cockroach ran by, which was disgusting. The laundry room is constantly used by homeless people. There were many issues before we moved in, and the apartment was not renovated or clean. The only positive aspect is that it is large.
I have nothing nice to say! This is a cockroach infested dump! Management does nothing to remedy this disgusting roach infested dump! They should have to tell people about this ! Instead they don’t and all my brand new furniture is now infested! I’m so sick to my stomach and disgusted! I’m going to have them shut down!
I lived a year and I didn't like living in these apartments. All the managers ignore all the requests, the condition of the apartment was bad when we moved in with dirty and poorly painted walls. The laundry is always dirty and the washing machines are also dirty. The service is bad, everything was repaired poorly and slowly, and they did not want to repair anything at all before leaving. And of course, they withheld a large deposit for painting and cleaning and something else. I don't recommend this complex.
Roaches! I was there for less than a month and luckily received my whole deposit back and out of the lease! Studio apartments for sure have roaches, they did offer to put me on a two week schedule of pest control until my lease was up, absolutely wouldn't work for me.
