I lived here for exactly one year, and I remember that time with horror. Cockroaches appeared from the very first day I moved in. When I reported it to the office, they said they would take care of it and everything would be fine. Pest control came every month, but there was no result — it was awful. The continental is great! The office staff is so friendly and helpful! This place is a hidden gem highly recommended!
I do not recommend this complex! There are cockroaches everywhere. Our furniture is infested with these insects. It is not safe for adults or children to stay here. We were eating at the table when a cockroach ran by, which was disgusting. The laundry room is constantly used by homeless people. There were many issues before we moved in, and the apartment was not renovated or clean. The only positive aspect is that it is large.
