Todd is such a great guy!! He made the whole experience the best. He even protects his work, if you get scratches he will come out and fix them. What a great guy. Conti Floor Refinishers are my floor refinishers for life!!!
After experiencing unscrupulous behavior by the owner, Todd Conti, I can no longer recommend this company.
All I can say is GET IT IN WRITING. Any statement, assurance, or promise made, if it means anything to you, please get it in writing. Don't be gullible and trusting like we were. Conti refinished 3 of our rooms in 10/2023, and we just had to pay someone else to sand the finish off after 10 months of not being able to use our rooms because of the offensive odor! Excellent quality at a reasonable price. Did a great job controlling dust, was super fast answering all my questions. An overall top notch experience.
My floor turned out beautifully. The crew showed up on time and even though it was a small job, I was treated as a valued customer.
