As I've read so many times if I could give 0 Stars I would. After meeting with six pool companies I decided to go with Gabe and Contemporary Pools because he gives the illusion that he is in charge of all operations of pool building and he gives the air of confidence. That is far from the truth while Gabe may know pool the construction. he is nowhere to be found while his subcontractors are doing the job. it was a big red flag to me that he didn't give me his cell phone number and told me to call the office if I need him. **** Contracted with Contemporary Pools & Spas to construct a pool in his yard. Prior to *** Signing a contract we went over all the cost that can and would be incurred. These Items where also spelled out in his written estimate and contract. Prior to any additional charges or work performed *** was notified and agreed in writing, *** signed written agreements (change orders).
