TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! BEWARE......THEY BUILT MY **** LAST AUGUST.....GREAT JOB.... **** AND SPA AWSOME. HOWEVER IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE AFTERWARDS, GOOD LUCK .... Contemporary Pools constantly help us as we navigate being new pool owners! We appreciate them constantly helping us out and assess our needs when they come up. For example, our jets were creating bubbles. They informed us how to assess the situation. The pressure kept rising as well on the system. We spent 2 hours and really removed so much that now we figured out what was wrong! Their directions and guidance helped us so much. Even after a year of our pool installation, they still support us. Run!. Do not work with this company. Horrible. Hired them for a $50k+ pool renovation. Gave them a $2,000 deposit. Incredibly unresponsive. They will never call you back. You have to keep calling them until hopefully they pick up. Job never got started. Eventually I got tired of the constant unresponsiveness and figured I'd better cancel the job, as I could see it would be a disaster working with them. I asked for my deposit back. They got the permits for the job. That was all they did and they had the audacity to charge me ... read more

PROJECT NOT COMPLETE YET, We will update this review once project is complete. At the time of writing this review: Our permits were approved 185 days ago. Digging began 173 days ago. When we wrote our first check in July we had NO IDEA permits for our little plunge pool would take as long as they did. We broke ground in early October we hoped the mess would be done for Halloween. Weather was not on our side, so surely it would be done by Thanksgiving, nope...Christmas, nope.... Spring is here and we are optimistic that perha... read more

Excellent company. They are there from the start of construction and are still there when we need them 11 years later. This company treats its customers like family and I cannot recommend them enough.

Whenever I had a problem with my pool, Gabe and his team got it fixed! Motor, pump, filter and pool cover.... Done! Pool Closing and Pool season opening.... you are there when you say you will be there and I never need to worry. Thank you Gabe!

I am very happy with the whole crew at Contemporary Pools and Spas. Gabe has always responded quickly and professionally to any questions or issues that arise. Debbie is great with scheduling, giving advice, answering questions and managing my expectations. I have a beautiful pool that is 4 years old now. It looks as good as the day it was installed. Gabe and Debbie at Contemporary Pools were great. They built a beautiful, in-ground pool in our backyard, advised with landscaping to make it perfect. They were able to build it at a better price and in a much shorter time period vs. the other companies that we had called. Clear communication throughout the entire process home pool building process. Comtemporary presented great options considering our “wish list”, budget, and professional recommendations based on experience to deliver a result that was exactly what we wanted, and more, in our custom pool and patio. Very responsive to questions to this day which speaks to the level of attention and service that Contemporary Pools delivers to their customers.
