It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life. Holly was awsome. I received a better price than I could where I lived in Ohio.
I bought a camera from here for my Acura MDX. After attempting to have an Acura tech install it, they deemed it defective. I made the parts team aware of the scenario and they told me it cannot be returned or exchanged or fixed. It was a $700 item and no solution was given. Do not waste your time with this shop, 0 customer service, 0 trust and you will most likely lose your money. Good luck.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE PEOPLE!! WILL TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE!! They refused to work on my Acura even though it was under warranty. I called them asking for an appointment and I had to wait a month to get an appointment (NO LOANER WAS PROVIDED). So I agreed to wait the month. The appointment date came and at this point my car had so many issues that I couldn’t drive it and these people DID NOT CARE… all they said was “you have to figure out how to get the car here”.
