Took my step sister here to find her an ok SUV. Looked over a QX4 with 285k on the dash. Body was clean but driver seat didn't work. Was told that since they took so much money off a detail of the interior was out of the question. So we moved on to other vehicles. Came across an 01 Montero and discovered it was a northern car. High pressure salesmen. Sold us a car and a warranty that they promised would cover everything the regular factory warranty would cover. Toyota has a factory warranty on their batteries and this they assured me that it was covered. Called the warranty company direct later and found out they don't cover the batteries in hybrids which I told the salesman would be the only reason we'd want it. Buyer Beware!!! The people here are your stereotypical car sales people. All they care about is pushing a vehicle out the door. They don't care if you can't afford it. They rather repo the auto in 3 months as long as they are closing the deal today.
