Called on a Mon got appt for 2:00 pm on Wed got there 30 min early filled out paper work Ins turned down because they did not accept that Ins went ahead and paid for visit waited and waited till 2:45 ask why they had appt of they were not going to honor them doc refused to see me They did refund my money only nice thing about that visit
I have been going her forever. The doctors are excellent. But the front desk is a train wreck. I get so frustrated and ask myself why I even for here and why I haven't switched over yet. I have been lazy since it's in the Walmart on McCain and it's convenient. I have never wrote a review before. But every time I call. I get placed on hold for over 15 minuses and I eventually hang up.
