I’ve been coming to this LensCrafters/contact lens and vision associates for years for my daughter so when I decided to get glasses for myself, I wanted to go there because I’ve always stood behind them, but I must say I’m extremely disappointed with this experience that I’ve had first they told me to pay so I pay the co-pay of $60 then they told me that with my insurance I don’t need to be charged so they refunded my $60 then I got sent a notification that the bill is still due I’ve called multiple times and unable to get i... read more
