Stay away from this horrible credit union. I can not explain all the issues that I have had with them but their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! I have been a member since I was a child in the late 70's. My father also was on the account but it was in my name. He recently passed and they told me I had to close the account. That is wrong because this account was opened with right of survivorship. When I finally met with someone they said I could just request they remove him from the account. I have been a customer for almost 25 years with MECU, then ANDIGO, and then ANDIGO merge with CCU since early ****. I have immaculate credit (840 out of 850 FICA score) and I never had an issue with the credit union until the merge of ANDIGO with CCU. Right off the bat I had problems with online **** pay which was resolved only after several hours on hold. Refinanced my truck through them. First payment had two payment pulled. When I called at **** to ask for one payment to be refunded the male rep kept asking for address and card and account information. Then would place on hold, message would play and when done ask me to say ok. When I said I wasnt interested in advertisement played they said I wouldnt be charged etc. finally gave me 12 digit number and said that all I had to do was call another number and give number and they would help me. I now have had 3 fraudulent charg... read more

Their website says no cap on mileage for a vehicle. However after doing a HARD credit check they said just that.
