Where do I Begin? I have had ongoing issues with this bank. They scammed me out of $2360. They have no sense of records in their company- every person you speak to has a different answer with different information. They almost made me default on my auto payment I signed up for autopay with a rep, that was never done. They kept calling for the payment and finally after begging them 3 times to take my payment out of my bank account info I had given them 2 months ago they finally took my payment. Their online banking website is atrocious. Every single time they make an "improvement" or changes, it's messed up for long after the supposed fix was to take place. Their customer service is usually not up to par. I've called 3 days in a row now about errors that are still keeping me from managing my accounts and credit cards. They have been ******* me for ****** for months as they go out a homeowners policy on my property cause they could not locate my mortgage company. I have no mortgage my home is paid for I sent them copies of my 2 current home owners polociesw and requested the account be cancelled I than received a mailing all had been taken care of and was removed from my credit report. I have a auto loan with them currently. Back in 2018 they lost 3 months of payments and tried to repo my car when I was only a week behind which would be in the grace ******* Fast forward to current. I checked my account now I'm saying I'm behind a month. Furthering investigating they told me I never made February payment. If that's the case when Iade my payments since I would have said the previous month not the current month when I was making that month's payments. I financed a used car through CCU. Payment due date of June 13. Early June I asked to set my payment due date to the 1st of each month as that would be easier on my pay schedule. The representative told me I had to make my first payment, and then they would allow me to change the due date. On 7/13, I executed a contract modification changing my payment date to the first of each month beginning 8/1. I have been a customer for over 30 years with this *********************************************. Never had a late payment. Consumers recently decided to use a partner for their Mortgage transaction. I has been a nightmare, I just received 2 noticed for late payment, even though the payments were made. I even requested autopay. They reported the late payments to Transunion, as a result my credit score wen down over 100 points. I am so disappointed and feel that betrayed. Stay away from this horrible credit union. I can not explain all the issues that I have had with them but their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! I have been a member since I was a child in the late 70's. My father also was on the account but it was in my name. He recently passed and they told me I had to close the account. I have been a customer for almost 25 years with MECU, then ANDIGO, and then ANDIGO merge with CCU since early ****. I have immaculate credit (840 out of 850 FICA score) and I never had an issue with the credit union until the merge of ANDIGO with CCU. Right off the bat I had problems with online **** pay which was resolved only after several hours on hold. Former MECU and then Andigo for almost 25 years. Andigo merged with CCU a few months ago and I had nothing but problems right from the start. Couldn't access online **** payment - locked out of my account. Got that resolved but it took waiting on hold for hours. Then I lost my debit card and notified them about that. They closed the account and sent me a new debit card which was pretty responsive.
