They have unfair practices, like only removing one late fee per the lifetime of a loan. Not willing to work with customer out of good faith. Extremely unprofessional customer service with hanging up on customers when they get upset with the situation. No having supervisor available to speak with and instead put a ticket in for a **************************************************************** a bind with their accounts.Not having a hardship plan for their customers.

Pleas people make sure you keep all your records on anything you do with Consumers credit union. I have a **** f150 and they helped us refinance it in 2022 now i got my hours at work cut and got behind 68 days ( june/july) when we called multiple times on 8-2-23 to get it taken care of they told us the amount we would need just over $1000 was owed. we got one payment made (june) which would dring it to one late payment $513 for july. on 8-3-23. we called same day and asked about other possible alternatives they trying to say... read more

Terrible customer service. I wish I never did business with them. I closed my account and they hit my credit report in a way that I cannot open any new lines of credit or CDs or anything. I'm sorry but how do I go from a perfect credit report, 850 score, 6% credit utilization, 24+ year excellent credit history, to not being able to open any new accounts? CCU really screwed me over.

Their online banking website is atrocious. Every single time they make an "improvement" or changes, it's messed up for long after the supposed fix was to take place. Their customer service is usually not up to par. I've called 3 days in a row now about errors that are still keeping me from managing my accounts and credit cards. The 1st day was great, the 2nd sufficient, and today was awful.
