Their online banking website is atrocious. Every single time they make an "improvement" or changes, it's messed up for long after the supposed fix was to take place. Their customer service is usually not up to par. I've called 3 days in a row now about errors that are still keeping me from managing my accounts and credit cards. The 1st day was great, the 2nd sufficient, and today was awful. They have been ******* me for ****** for months as they go out a homeowners policy on my property cause they could not locate my mortgage company. I have no mortgage my home is paid for I sent them copies of my 2 current home owners polociesw and requested the account be cancelled I than received a mailing all had been taken care of and was removed from my credit report. The next week I get the same bill with the amount due. I have kept all copies of correspondence. This is getting ridiculous does anyone know what they are d... read more

I have a auto loan with them currently. Back in 2018 they lost 3 months of payments and tried to repo my car when I was only a week behind which would be in the grace ******* Fast forward to current. I checked my account now I'm saying I'm behind a month. Furthering investigating they told me I never made February payment. If that's the case when Iade my payments since I would have said the previous month not the current month when I was making that month's payments. I don't understand how they are in business til this day. ... read more

I financed a used car through CCU. Payment due date of June 13. Early June I asked to set my payment due date to the 1st of each month as that would be easier on my pay schedule. The representative told me I had to make my first payment, and then they would allow me to change the due date. On 7/13, I executed a contract modification changing my payment date to the first of each month beginning 8/1. I have been a customer for over 30 years with this *********************************************. Never had a late payment. Consumers recently decided to use a partner for their Mortgage transaction. I has been a nightmare, I just received 2 noticed for late payment, even though the payments were made. I even requested autopay. They reported the late payments to Transunion, as a result my credit score wen down over 100 points. I am so disappointed and feel that betrayed.
