This credit union is incompetent and us **** up our home insurance as well as multiple property tax payments. Our credit score has taken a hit for their mistakes on 2 occasions that we are still in the process of fixing. Very antiquated processes and way too many mistakes with our mortgage. AVOID.
I got a direct deposit from work 2 days ago, and **** JUST DELTED IT. The whole check is gone, and they also erased it from my account activity log to make it seem like I never got a check in the first place. Now Im overdrawn because I used that check to pay bills before they took it.To kick things off, they botched my checking account when they set it up. What a joke! Was told that i was getting a 3.74% rate and then was told I was denied as I had recent auto late payments. Well they have been removed due to accounting error, and *** STILL denied me because of it. So dumb.I wouldn't give them anything.. overrated."
I've been a customer for over 20 years, and always use Andigo for my financing needs - morgage, HELOC and car loans. Attention to customer's needs is top notch!
Like of customer service also unfriendly online banking and has a new system does not work with most average homeowners system.

In addition, our online banking app is compatible with both Apple iOs and Android devices. Complaint is regarding Consumers Credit Union, **** ********* ******** **** ******* ** *****. On 9/10/2020 I received an email from Dan ********* at Consumers Credit Union advising I had been approved for a refinance auto loan on my 2021 Kia Seltos.
