CTS was established in 1990 after gov.Casey closed down byberry mental hospital. It was staffed w two people at first who use mental health/substance abuse services. In 1992 Loretta Ferry became executive dir. So noones grandma started this company. Just sayin
My grandmother started this company and is now retired. She, as well as the people there, are great. Its good to know that I know the person that created this wonderful company.
