Horrible Company – I obtained a loan from this company in 2006. At the time it was my only option since I had horrible credit. I pay 433 a month for my vehicle. Whenever I have called to ask for a deferrment because I knew that I would be late, I was told that I had to let the account go past due. Even if the account had gone past due, I would get told that I could still not get a deferrment and that I just better try to make a payment. loan company – Even if you have bad credit, be smart. DO NOT use this company. Walk away from this if the dealer says they can finance you through this company. It will be the BIGGEST mistake you ever did. Web searches will show you the 'background' of these people. I am in the process now of filing a class action lawsuit on them. Bad loan company – I also had the displeasure of having an account with CPS. They are a relentless loan company who makes money off of hard working people by gauging them with interest and not accepting a reasonable payment plan or settlement. They do not care how many people they take down or how they do it. My loan was for 16,000. I paid 15,000 and they want me to pay an additional 18,000!!!!! All interest and fees! Bad Customer Service – I purchased a vehicle throught this company 2005. I now have a balance with them of $65; however, the principal balance is $146.18. I called them and asked if I could give them 150 today and 150 on January 15th, and I was told no. I was advised that I should have had my car paid in full by October 2009, and that it was considered 3 months late because of the maturity date of the contract. They are thy rudest people, the call my job, cell phone, friends / family put your business out there to whom ever they speak to. What comes around..... – To all who have had the mis-fortune of being indebted to CPS: No matter how mean and nasty alll of these people at CPS are, I have had the final laugh. I was paying my over priced, high interest loan without issue for almost a year. worst company i have ever worked with – If you can avoid it stay away from this company! After having bad financial problems they act like they are willing to help you get back on your feet. Honeymoon quickly ends with this company – I was greatful at first for this company financing my husband and I 's first car while we were first starting out but now I realize we were pimped like call girls on a corner.
