Over the years I've had several instances of bad service from this company. And it still continues today. My employer's authorization for services which ended in Feb 2026 was renewed and approved in Dec 2025. However, unbeknownst to us my employer's insurance provider did not fax it to CDCN. So when I tried to clock in on March 1st, there was no active authorization in place. I have had the pleasure of working with this company for the last year and a half. It's an honor to engage in this type of work with some amazing clients and staff. Grateful for this company and the opportunity to work here.
The new website is horrible and does not allow employers of record to accurate see pay periods. This change was made with zero communication to EOR. The website is a nightmare and one that has caused much stress for those of us who are trying to manage time. I have called to ask clarification but the staff simply says it is above their paygrade. So unfortunate that the time periods are no longer predominantly displayed.
