This place has gone down hill. You have workers who are not for the clients they serve they take away from the clients and make all kinds of excuses. You can't even talk to a live person without them having to play phone take or send nasty emails to you and the consumer. I would definitely go elsewhere. It was good when they had decent people there.

Consumer direct is the only nursing service we will use for our son. The self direct service is just what we needed!
We are very pleased with Consumer Direct in Billings and Twyla. She is always so prompt on returning phone calls or emails, and answers any questions we have. We have known Twyla for years and couldn't ask for a better advocate for my son.
