If you want to be ignored this is who you want. Horrible customer service, no follow up and zero communication.
I have had this blessing since 2019 and initially the customer care (Support Brokers) was pristine but fast forward to 2022 and the service has been absolutely undesirable! The SB doesn't return calls, my daughter, who is my PDW hadn't been paid for months and when the did retro-pay her they shorted her significantly!! I'd been attempting to hire a new PDW, to no avail and no one seems to know ANYTHING!! I just got a new SB, he introduced himself and I haven't heard from him since.
