I have never dealt with a business that works this hard to avoid responsibility. For over five months, I have been chasing this company for help and resolution, only to be met with buck-passing, inconsistent information, and silence. Every time I reached out, I was either ignored entirely or given a different answer depending on who responded if anyone responded at all.
