Called for a quote more than a week passed by and no quote. Called and said we were pushing them when they said they’d have a quote within 5 days highly unprofessional and they wouldn’t recommend.
Extremely rude service. I was shocked at their lack of professionalism. They also promise quotes by a deadline, surpass the deadline by several days and then get angry and combative when you call to check on it. I dealt with one person the entire time (Jamie I think) and he ended up threatening to “give up” the quote because I was being too “pushy” after calling and politely asking how the quote was coming along, 4 days after it was promised.
