RecommendedI have been going to Dr. Ngo since I moved here in 2013 and she has helped me with both glasses and contacts. My son started seeing her a couple of years ago and she has been very good with him and explaining what will happen with each part of the exam. I especially love the Saturday hours. This makes it much easier to avoid missing school and work to get an exam.
RecommendedI've been going to Dr. Ngo for a few years now and there is no one I would trust more. She listens to all of my concerns and answers them thoughtfully. She is wonderful as well as her staff. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family.
Horrible service ! Do not go to this place ! Both receptionists very rude ! Do not recommend at all ! I called to make my son an apt for Thursday and I got there and they claimed an apt was never made . Those receptionists should both be fired ! I even wrote it down that I made an apt ! Even the manager is rude !

Dr. Ngo herself is phenomenal; she's highly invested in each and every patient, delivering the highest quality of care possible. She's everything you could want in a provider - empathetic, respectful, and transparent - and does a stellar job correcting your vision!
I recently moved to Plano and had to find a new eye doctor for my eight year old daughter. I came across Dr.Julie's office and I must say this is one of the most patience doctors I've ever met. She took her time with my daughter and gave me so much good information into how I can help better her eye sight. I will definitely be back with my family.
Office staff and Doctor were really nice and welcoming!!! So happy we chose them handle our eye care!!! Highly recommended them to my friends and family !!!
