It has truly been a pleasure working for Constant Care 247 for four years. I have personally watched this company grow from a smaller companion agency to a multi level organization. Constant Care has expanded services to include not only companion level but assists in caregiving placement as a NYS Caregiver Registry and manages a Licensed Home Care Agency serving several counties within CNY. I can not recommend Constant Care to any family in need of care givers. The management has a 100% hands off approach. This is fine except when a problem arises. They ignore until it blows up and then they will disengage. We families are under terrible pressure. We need support. Lord knows Constant Care charges a premium. One I’m willing to pay to get support when needed Pass them by. Save yourself intense grief

I was a student at Onondaga community college, they always provide flexible schedules for me and everyone who asked, as a student that meant a lot. I went to nursing school, the whole staff were my biggest supporters, i graduated may 2023, my Boss provided and payed a tutor to help me with Nclex, now I am an official RN. Without their help, I would not be who I am today
