Dr. Chu repaired a partially torn meniscus for me back in 2017 through the V.A. Medical center in Palo Alto. Here I stand today a testament to her great work on my FIRST and only surgery since, I'm a 65 year old athlete,Referee 5 sports and it took me one month of my own rehab to get back to full activity levels. Dr. Chu was an amazing partner through my torn acl recovery journey. She was always very informative about what my injury was and what my options were. Would highly recommend.
I've been suffering with severe knee pain and after months of research I decided to pay a visit to Dr. Chu for a second opinion. because of my insurance and limitations , it took me a long time and many phone calls to get the authorization to see Dr.Chu. I was rejected and was told that she can refer me to a different surgeon without any explanations .
