Most incompetent, dismissive, and passive aggressive provider I have ever experienced. She never asked any questions - not even about serious meds. Without asking a single question, "diagnosed" a mental health disorder (you aren't qualified to do so - certainly not without testing, and someone irritating you does not mean they have a condition).
