For my application it took one day and the roofing crew never left the roof until it was finished and inspected by the superintendent. Recently had my roof replaced. Excellent service and workmanship. I was constantly informed of any & all damaged areas after the removal of the two layers of shingles. The crew took all the necessary steps to protect the house, and especially the shrubbery/plants during installation. The crew continually kept the area clean of debris throughout the day. Our place was neat & orderly at the end of each day. The owner even took extra steps to provide me with the material and method to solve an unrelated chimney problem.
"BEWARE" of CRS (Consolidated Roofing Systems), owner. During a new roof installation, we incurred extensive damage to our home, including seven damaged windowsills, cut screens and broken landscape lights. It took 5 months to resolve. In January (1 yr and 5 months after new installed roof), due to his poor workmanship or obsolete methods and lack of knowledge of roof designs, it resulted in a roof leak that ruined our laundry room ceiling and wall. This is in response to ******* *******'s complaints towards Consolidated Roofing Systems and me. First off, there was no problem with the installation which was July 2019. (2) Years ago. I will address each of her complaints. (1.) We photograph each job before we start and that way any prior damaged areas are noted. She claimed there were several window sills that we damaged, which is virtually impossible. I had a complex roofing problem as a result of a 1947 chimney not properly repaired in 2018. During the summer of 2020 when roof was leaking from the chimney issues, *** at Consolidated Roofing, quickly diagnosed the problem, did the necessary repairs and put on a new roof immediately. Pictures were made at each stage and when they encountered damaged wood in the roof at various locations, this too was immediately replaced.
