If I could rate it a 0 star I would. They do not communicate effectively nor clean or maintain the apartments effectively either. Ronald the owner/property manager is no help and every situation/issue has been swept under the rug. Very poor quality apartments and service. If you are wondering is there anything good about these apartments, there’s not.
My roommate has had his Cadillac converter sawed off in the middle of the night, we’ve had 2 windows busted, and a total of 9 tires sliced, as well as a license plate stolen all over the course of 2-3 years. There is no secure parking or surveillance at the orchard apartments so when you file a police report there’s no proof. and they will literally rent to anyone so you are surrounded by drug addicts, thief’s, mentally unstable people who talk to them selves and wonder the complex at night…over all not a safe place to live
