I worked for this company for two years, I have nothing negative to say... The staff are great and have a sense of urgency to provide a safe work environment and produce state of the art products for our air defence. This is a company in which your brain works hard and gains some extraordinary skills. Highly recommend this company to all!
They overwork their employees. 10-11 hours a day. Not only they work long hours m-f but forced to come in on weekends for long hours. My relative works there. No time for family, no time for appointment. The only time these workers get to spend time with their family is on weekends and they take that away from them. Be for real. Over 50 hours a week. People are quitting on a daily basis because of how overworked they have to be.
Just an average workplace. I noticed a lot of lazy and hostile people working there in the x-ray department.... they didn’t want to be bothered helping out new people. Otherwise, it wasn't too bad, plenty of overtime was available.
If you plan on work for Consolidated Precision Products it's a good place to work for as there a lot of overtime.
