Scott is your dream lawyer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and tells it how it is even if you're wrong to keep expectations reasonable. He successfully deescalated a high-conflict divorce and ensured prioritization of the child involved. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't have wasted my time consulting with other attorneys and just hired Scott from the very beginning.
Hired to obtain trust documents from the trustee. Did not obtain them. Then suggested I contact opposing counsel directly and terminated the representation. That’s the opposite of what representation is for.
