I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store due to the owner’s unprofessional and rude behavior. I purchased several items, including three identical ones that had been sitting on the shelf for over six months. A salesperson confirmed they were eligible for a 50% discount, but when I reviewed my receipt at home, I noticed that one of the three identical items had not been discounted. Unfortunately I received the same bad experience as many other reviewers. The owner was very loud and rude when I brought my receipt in from a few days earlier to ask for an adjustment for an overcharge. I bought three exact items in which one was $12.50 and the 2 other items were $6.25. The owner asked who sold me the items at the discount and that she’d be having a talk with her because she had no business selling me HER items at a discount. The owner of the store has a great bubbly, energetic, and welcoming personality. She's great. The tall older male she has working there behind the counter I don't care for. I shop there and consign on the regular and whenever I'm there I notice he is rude, nasty amd very short with me. He also stares at me while I'm shopping in the store. He even asked me one day to let the owner know how great of an employee he is. He's not. He needs to work on his customer service skills. Maybe it's because I'm a woman he's unfriendly.
