worst service ever they ruined my anniversary!

I ordered flowers through 1 800 flowers . your delivery person sent the flowers to the wrong house. My mom and sister went over to this house to get flowers, they are not responding/opening their door. I called, you hung on me after I complained. 1 800 flowers called and you hung up on their agent. I wanted these flowers delivered to my mom for mother's day. Thanks for nothing. You have awful customer service. Just so you know 1 800 flowers will likely not be doing business with your company again.

I live in Utah and I was getting married on the beach in San Juan Capistrano. I google searched for nearest florist and came upon Conroy's Flowers. I reached them by phone and spoke to owner Sonal, she was so pleasant to work with. She listened to my needs and gave suggestions. Since I couldn't come to California until week before my wedding Sonal and I had multiple phone conversations and email exchanges to make sure each flower arrangements were done exactly the way I wanted them. My husband ordered me valentines flowers which were a beautiful color but he also ordered me chocolate dipped strawberries that were terrible tasting. The chocolate was fine but the strawberries were hard like they were not ripe. What a waste!!! The owner was rude when he brought them to store to talk about.
